We began by meeting with Gustaf and the event organizers to understand their vision and goals for the concerts. This involved discussing the repertoire, the atmosphere they wished to create, and any specific shots or moments they wanted to capture.
During the pre-production phase, we meticulously planned the project, including researching about the venue for optimal shooting, coordinating equipment, and developing a shot list and storyboard to ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
On the day of the production, our team was on-site early to set up equipment and prepare for filming and photography. We worked closely with the venue staff to ensure minimal disruption while capturing the essence of Gustaf's performances from various angles and perspectives. Here's a BTS from the shoot.
Throughout the shoot, we focused on capturing not only Gustaf's musical virtuosity but also the ambiance and energy of the venue. We utilized a combination of cinematic techniques and candid photography to convey the emotion and intensity of the performances.
Following the production day, we started with the post-production process, which involved editing video footage, retouching photographs, and weaving together a cohesive narrative that showcased the highlights of Gustaf's performances and the elegance of Hallwylska Museet.
Upon completion of the project, we delivered the final video and photography assets to Gustaf and the event organizers for review. We welcomed any feedback and revisions to ensure the end result met their expectations and vision for the project.
The video and photography case study we created for Gustaf's concerts at Hallwylska Museet not only served as a visual showcase of his talent but also highlighted our ability to capture the essence and beauty of live performances in iconic venues. The project garnered praise from both Gustaf and the audience, solidifying our reputation for delivering exceptional visual storytelling experiences.
